Hull College is a further education college situated in Hull in the north east of England. The enrollment of around 28,000 students makes it one of the largest schools of its type in the United Kingdom. In addition to its four major centres in Queen's Gardens, Park Street, Cannon Street, and the Kingston Communications Stadium, it also operates a centre 30 miles away in Goole and in a further 30 locations around Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. Hull College's main Queen's Gardens campus is based in the city centre, and teaching takes place at other sites around the city. The College Library offers a range of CDs, books, videos, DVDs, newspapers and journals, as well as general interest and fiction titles. Study spaces, internet facilities and other electronic resources are also available. Scholars Gym and Studio is air-conditioned and fitted with cardiovascular and resistance equipment. There is a common room with a pool table and snack machines, hair and beauty salons, a nursery, and a fully licensed silver service restaurant for staff, students and visitors.
