Overview

Bury College was established in 1987 as a local tertiary education system and is located within the Borough of Bury, Greater Manchester. The institute of higher learning for ages 14 and above offers various subjects in the A-Level, BTEC and diploma format. Bury College has dedicated students services, staff and mentors who provide advice and guidance. Applicants can receive two types of scholarships: Sports and Community.  

Facilities

Bury College has invested over £40 million in the campus and facilities making it possible for the college to provide the following:

The Millennium Centre, equipped with science laboratories, IT and Media suites, a learning resource centre and recording studio

The Beacon Centre, with first class facilities for Performing Arts, Humanities, Languages, Health and Social Care

The Piazza with its open area for students to relax

The Woodbury Centre with a new library, IT suite and learning resource centre.
