Dearne Valley CollegeDearne Valley College is a further education college situated in the Manvers Park area of Wath-upon-Dearne, in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. There is also a smaller campus nearby the main campus. They specialise in vocational qualifications and in 2002 were awarded Centre of Vocational Excellence status. There are nearly 1,300 16-18 learners, over 1,000 adults, 180 HE learners and over 100 Apprentices.

It also offers the ‘Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector’ (PTLLS) qualification, which is designed to enable candidates to pursue a career in the adult education sector.
